Books review - Client uncategorized transactions not saving their last answer

Hi,  For two months now, when my clients are responding to my questions about uncategorized transactions, QBO is not saving their last answer.  If I send my client questions about 5 transactions, it will save their notes about the first 4, but not the last one.  It's happened to a couple of my clients I work with.  This has not been a problem before, so I'm thinking it is a bug that needs to be fixed.  Has anyone else had this problem?

Good Afternoon, @kg32

It's great to see you back in the Community!

With the details you gave, I recommend using a private browser or incognito window to help eliminate any errors or glitches that could be occurring in the system. Here's how depending on the browser session you're using:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Internet Explorer/Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift +

If this works, go back to your regular session and clear your browser's history. If not, try another support browser.

Come back and let us know how these steps went for you. I'll be just around the corner when you're ready!

I don't think that really addresses the problem.  It's happened to a couple of my clients and I can't control which browser they are using, or tell them to go incognito to perform this routine function every month.  It's a process that has worked fine in the past, so I agree it is a glitch, but one that needs correction on QBO's side since it has affected more than one of my clients on more than one occasion.
