I have been using a Bundle I created for Daily Sales Receipt for my coffee shop for over a year. We set up the bundle in a very specific order to ensure that the information is group logically and make entering the information easy for the bookkeeper. At the beginning of April, the bundle started populating the daily receipt in an order different than what we created. I entered a case one week ago today 4/24 and was told I would be contacted by level 3 engineering because it appears to be a programing error on Quickbooks Online. I would like to know if anyone else is experiencing this trouble? And if Quickbooks is usually so cavalier about responding to customer issues? I am now 24 days behind on entering my daily receipts. I can create the sales receipt bundle by choosing each item and placing it on the daily sales receipt but this adds 10 minutes for each receipt and I pay my bookkeeper by the hour. Any feed back would be helpful.

Yes, I have done what you suggested on the 17th April, reached out to the community on April 24 and its now it is April 29th. How long should this fix take? What does the community think is reasonable amount of time? Here's the thing that goads me the most - every month I pay the subscription and if QBO disrupts my business I have no recourse.
I understand how important it is to enter your daily receipts, @CoffeeShopBookeeper. I'll share details about that previous investigation ticket.
As of now, our engineers are still working to fix the ongoing investigation of bundled items not appearing when creating a Sales receipt. Although the exact timeline for a resolution is unavailable, rest assured they are fully committed to resolving this issue.
Since you haven't received email updates, I suggest contacting our support team again to ensure you're on the list of affected users. If you do, you'll get notified of the investigation's status through email.

I am having the same issue and it needs to be fixed ASAP! I have my bundles in a specific order for a different reason, but it is essential to keep them in that order to save tons of wasted time, on both writing an invoice and reviewing previous invoices w/ the same bundle. This needs to be fixed ASAP PLEASE!!!
I acknowledge the importance of having an organized list of orders so you won't get confused when running your business, @chassisqueen14. We can troubleshoot this to help resolve this issue.
Sometimes, our browser can affect our workflow experience when using QuickBooks Online (QBO). At the same time, they can cause unexpected issues that can interrupt our business. To isolate this issue, let's open your account using an incognito browser and work on your invoice bundle there.
By using this window, your computer will run optimally and regain some storage. You can use these keyboard shortcuts to open one.
If you're able to see that the order of your bundle is in order while using a private mode, you can clear your browser cache for a fresh start. Also, use a supported browser so your QBO company will run seamlessly.
On the other hand, if the issue persists, I suggest contacting our support team so they can open an investigation and find the root cause of this concern. They have the tools and necessary expertise that can look into this further.

If you need additional assistance in fixing the order of your bundles in QBO, don't hesitate to reply to this post. I'll be sure to get into it and help you anytime.
Hello, I am running in to the same issue. Were you be able to get it resolved? If yes, would you mind sharing what was the solution or alternative method? Thank you.
