Business profile

Hi Folks, my business profile is "undefined" to the public and clients! Could you please help me with this? 

When I visit the URL of my profile I get nothing!

I'd love to help you with your concern about your business profile showing as undefined, but can you please share more information about it? Also, can you share some screenshots of the undefined business profile? Any additional information would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Mark, Actually I got help from the helpdesk and they are so dedicated and kind guys, indeed!

They informed me that "maybe the problem is from the web browser".

Hi Mark, 

unfortunately, the problem still running!
I need a help to solve it, indeed.

I trying to send a screenshot but the system didn’t accept upload it!

 

I tried to open my profile from many browsers but as I said I got an blank webpage with “undefined” recognition!

 

Could you please help me on this?

Thank you for your patience and for providing the screenshot. If you haven't already, let's try logging in using private browsing. This method ensures that the browser would not be able to store cookies, history, or any form of data that could cause issues. 

 

  • Google Chrome:Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N
