Hello, I received a call from QuickBooks Account at [Removed], saying my account payment needs to be updated. I looked at my company account and payment is up to date. Then I was told I need to update to QuickBooks pro 2024. I currently have QuickBooks pro 2023, desktop. They scheduled a time for someone to call me back to deal with situation.

It's fraud. QB will never call you for payment, credit card info, unless you ask them to contact you. They will just lock you out of your account if there is a problem with anything.

Just ignore it. It's just a scam. You can also consider going to CAMPS and changing your phone number there and/or renewing your license through a reseller. That way, you won't have to worry about your subscription anymore.
