Can anyone out there view explain how I view a list of emails sent from Invoicing and sales receipts?

Hi there, @pjke.

 

You've got me here to share some insights about viewing the list of emails that you've sent to your customers from the sales transactions.

 

At this time, you can view all the emails that you've sent to your customers by going to the Audit Log section in QuickBooks Online. This keeps track of your activities where you can see all the happenings on the account. Please know that viewing a specific list for all the transactions sent isn't available.

 

On the other hand, you can also enable the Email me a copy feature to receive your own copy of the emailed transaction moving forward.

 

Here's how:

  1. At the top right, click the Gear icon.
  2. Press on Account and Settings.
  3. On the left pane, select Sales.
  4. In the Messages section, you can enter the email address under Copy (Cc) new invoices to address.
  5. From the Sales form drop-down, tick on Invoices and other sales forms.
  6. Click on Save.
  7. Hit on Done.
