Having the option to add a note to the customer statement is a great idea, Sundownresort.
Currently, this option is unavailable in QuickBooks Online. I recommend sending feedback to our product development team. Here's how:
- Open your QuickBooks Online.
- In the upper right corner of your screen, head to the Gear icon.
- Under Profile, select Feedback.
- Type in or share your thoughts and hit Save.
For now, we can find a third-party application that supports adding notes to statements. Refer to this article to find an app: Search for an app.
