Hi, there Carnf. Currently, QuickBooks Online (QBO) Budget vs Actuals report doesn't support displaying MTD, YTD, and Annual Budget simultaneously in one report, as Desktop does.
In QBO, the Total column only reflects data for the specific date range you select and does not provide cumulative YTD view when in a single month.

Well, I am just going in to run my February budget reports and since January they have now messed with the YTD report v actual. When I run the report, the Budget column only displays the full annual budget, not the budget totals for January-February.....????!!!!! how can I get it to run properly? VERY FRUSTRATING as I ahve 11 clients that use this report format.....ugh
Hi there, @tlm59. I understand how challenging it is to run a report. The budget column displays based on your budgeting configuration. Please verify that you have selected the correct option in the Budget dropdown.
Verify the Report Period to confirm you have selected the correct dates for the run.

If the correct budget and report period are selected, let's review the budget itself to check if the correct amounts are set per month.
