Before anything else, we’d like to know if you're referring to a duplicate QuickPay account integrated with your QuickBooks Online (QBO) company file? If so, these are the steps:
- On the top right corner, click the My integrations icon beside the Bell notification icon.
- Select Integrations overview.
- Locate the third-party application and then click the Ellipsis icon.
- Select Disconnect.

However, if you're referring solely to the Quick Pay account, we recommend contacting Quick Pay's support team. This way, they can guide you through the process and cancel or delete the unused account.
