Hello @megyvonnefitness: You can purge your file if you have only been using qbo for less than 90 days. See this video for how:
The caveat is that it cannot be done in Simple Start. Here is the accompanying blog post with the details. You will have to call support if any of the details above are beyond the scope. The other "catch" is you purge the entire file, not a portion. Your other option is to start over with a new qbo file and do over.
