I'll pop in and address your concern about adding the hauling information on a bill in QuickBooks Mac.
Are you trying to add customized fields for the hauling information on a bill? If so, we're unable to customize the bill form. We can only edit and add fields on certain forms like invoices, sales receipts, estimates, credit memos, statements, and purchase orders (using the Layout Designer tool).
Although, we can use the Memo or the line item's Description fields on the bill as a workaround (or if you simply want to add the hauling information on your bill).
