Okay, in that case I should have received a 1099-NEC or possibly a 1099-MISC (instead of a 1099 K). Where can I find my Form 1099-NEC or 1099-MISC issued from Quickbooks? Thank you!

After you've paid a payroll form, its transaction will be recorded and your form is automatically archived. Archived forms can be accessed from the Archived forms and filings screen.
Here's how:
The available period for archived payroll forms isn't unlimited; instead, it extends back for a year or two.
I've also included a detailed resource about archiving tax forms which may come in handy moving forward: Archive & view payroll tax forms
