Okay, in that case I should have received a 1099-NEC or possibly a 1099-MISC (instead of a 1099 K). Where can I find my Form 1099-NEC or 1099-MISC issued from Quickbooks? Thank you!
Thanks for following up with the Community, hilary14.
After you've paid a payroll form, its transaction will be recorded and your form is automatically archived. Archived forms can be accessed from the Archived forms and filings screen.
Here's how:
The available period for archived payroll forms isn't unlimited; instead, it extends back for a year or two.
I've also included a detailed resource about archiving tax forms which may come in handy moving forward: Archive & view payroll tax forms

I need my 2023 1099K I did not receive it from Merchant Services at the end of the year. I have gone through 5 Quick books support staff and was supposed to get a call back (No Call Back) because the last one needed more help and that department was already gone for the day after ONE AND HALF HOURS trying to get me into merchant services account. We not longer have since the END of POS last October. So WHO could actually help me get my 1099 K report required by USA Law. Thank you for your help
I'm here to provide you with some valuable information about obtaining your 1099-K from QuickBooks, TVB2.
As of the tax year 2023, taxpayers and small businesses won't receive a 1099-K from third-party settlement organizations unless the gross amount of reportable payments exceeds $20,000 and the number of transactions surpasses 200. Additionally, an active account in Merchant Services is required.
I noticed you've already reached out to our live support team. However, I recommend getting in touch with them again, as they have the tools to assist you with your concerns. Since you no longer have an active subscription to Merchant Services following the discontinuation of QuickBooks POS, our representative will retrieve a copy of your 1099-K.
Refer to this resource for instructions on how to contact us based on your product: Contact Payments Support. Also, check out our support hours in the article to ensure timely resolution of your concerns.
