In QuickBooks Online
1. Go to Settings and select Account and settings.
2. Select Time.
3. In the Notifications section, click the pencil icon to customize:
- Clock-in/clock-out reminders and the specific days they are sent.
- Alerts for adjusted entries or edited notes.
4. Select Save.
In QuickBooks Time
- To update the entire team, go to Company Settings > Notifications, adjust preferences, then Save.
- Then, for individual members, just go to My Team, select a specific member, and then select Notifications. Adjust and Save.
Only account admins can manage company-wide notifications. If both push alerts and SMS are enabled, push alerts will be sent first. To receive text reminders, your admin must install the text messaging add-on.
