When I click it a messages just says "We're having technical issues. Try again or come back later."
Where can we get help?
Hello @dgossett25,
You can always drop any of your concerns in the Community, as long as you don't include any confidential information, to protect your organization from being exposed or used for fraudulent or malicious purposes.
Also, we can also determine whether the issue you encountered when clicking the "Help" button is caused by excessive cached data in your browser. To start, open a private (incognito) window and sign in to QuickBooks Self‑Employed (QBSE). This prevents cached data from being used, which can interfere with action buttons.
Here's the menu paths depending on your browser:
Alternatively, we can try another supported browser to see if the issue is browser-related.
You're always welcome to post your concerns to the Community. We're available 24/7 to address them for you.
You have clicked a link to a site outside of the QuickBooks or ProFile Communities. By clicking "Continue", you will leave the community and be taken to that site instead.
