Welcome and thank you for posting here in the Community. I'm here to help share information about viewing prior invoice entered in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
It's not a guarantee that clicking the back button will allow you to view the prior invoice created. However, you can view the prior invoice by clicking the Recent Transaction icon.
- Click on the Plus (+) icon.
- Select Invoice under Customers.
- Click on the icon beside Invoice.
That should allow you to view the prior invoice created in QBO. Let me know if you have any other questions about invoices. I'll be always here to help!
