I entirely agree as well.
I feel that with each software update, QB online looses functions that are vital and common to business applications.
As well, I feel that each and every time I have contacted QB the representatives are the nicest, most polite customer service representatives I have ever spoken with, and they have ABSOLUTELY no idea how QB works nor do they ever have any ability to answer any of my questions or solve any of my problems.
I cannot be the only business owner who has this experience.
