You would need to check in the app store for QBO, but I seriously doubt it can be done
Just to clarify your question, do you have a canceled QBO account and need to migrate data to a new blank QBO account?

Good morning, larry-blessmanin.
Thanks for reaching out to the Community for support. I'd be glad to provide some insight regarding transferring data from one QuickBooks Online company to another.
First, it's key to note what happens to your data after an Online company has been cancelled. If you cancel during a free trial or if your trial expires, your data is available for 90 days. If you were subscribed to QuickBooks Online, you can export data to Excel or to a Desktop version of QuickBooks up to a year after you cancel. If you are within one of these time frames you can move your existing lists to another QuickBooks Online company.
You can transfer many lists into your new account via Excel. Some of these items include Accounts, Customer Contact List, Vendor Contact List, and the Product/Service List. I recommend checking out the following linked article for even more info on moving your lists to QuickBooks Online.
Additionally, as mentioned above, you may also want to check out some of the available apps that can help out even more during this process.
With this info you'll have your new QBO account up and running in no time. Please don't hesitate to reach back out if you have any other questions. I'll be here to help.
You can use a CSV file (Comma Separated Values), Google Sheets, or an XLS/XLSX file to import information to QuickBooks Online. Here's some info about the different formats:
CSV file: A common file format used for text files that contain tabular data. In CSV files, each field of text is separated by a comma, semi-colon, or other special character.
XLS/XLSX file: XLS is the file format of Microsoft Excel 1997-2003. Microsoft Excel 2007 and newer use the XLSX file format.
Google Sheets: A cloud-based spreadsheet created in Google Drive.
Then find the Manage Orders or Customer Service tab. In this section, you’ll be able to navigate to a list of your online purchases. Look for the specific purchase and cancel it. Remember, though, the quicker you cancel, the better your chances of not having to pay anything.

Hey there, larry-blessmanin.
I see the duplicate post of your concern. My colleague already responded and shared some information on this issue.

What is your goal? Do you need to clone your data from old QBO account to a new blank one, or else?
