I need to add the bank information of my vendor but when I tried to save it, an error always occurred. How to resolve this?

What error message? Try opening your QBO account on any private/incognito browser. Did you encounter the same error message?

Let's start by opening a private window or an incognito window in the browser. This opens your account with a clean slate and loads fresh data. Here's how:

 

  • Mozilla Firefox / Internet Explorer: Press CTRL Shift P
  • Safari: Press Command Shift N
  • Google Chrome: Press CTRL Shift N

 

Once in the private or incognito window, sign in to your account and update the bank information again. If it works, go back to your original browser and clear the cache. Alternatively, you can use other compatible browsers.

 

On the other hand, if you are trying to edit the bank information and you've encountered the "Edit Vendor's bank info error: "Something's not quite right 'An application error has occurred while processing your request" error message, then we have an ongoing issue.
