Can't Access My Data

Hello

From 2016 to 2017 I subscribed to QBO
My Company ID [removed]

then I now want to access my old data, but why is there always the explanation "We didn't find any companies" ?
even though it's clear I have company data in QBO (it's still written in my Intuit account)

Even when I want to resubscribe I can't..

Can't Access My Data

I'm glad you are interested in using QuickBooks Online again, @Trimu.

 

If you cancel your QuickBooks Online account, you will retain read-only access to your data for one year provided that you have only one account.

 

After a year, your data will be deleted. That is the reason why the system cannot find your account.

 

To use QuickBooks Online again, start a new subscription and add a new company.
