Hi, @greensman. The message you encountered appears when QuickBooks is updating features or migrating your account. However, as an Advanced user, you already have full access to timesheets for job costing as part of your subscription.
Since the message is in a loop, I recommend contacting our QBO Live Support team directly. They can check your account and ensure that you’re able to create timesheets for costing purposes.
- Go to the Help icon, then select the Assistance tab.
- In the box provided, briefly describe your issue or type Contact Support.
- Choose either Chat or Callback for help.
