Can't enter Irish Company Address correctly e.g. County and Country

Hi,

we are an Irish company using QB Online. We want to tweak our Company address to show County and Country so they appear correctly on invoices, but cant - QBO seems to be enforcing US address format? For example say this is our address:

Street Add: 28 Bendy Road

Address Line 2: Kilmallock

County: Co Limerick

Country and Eircode: Ireland V94 EW34

So we enter

Street Add: 28 Bendy Road

City: Kilmallock

State: Co Limerick

Zipcode: V94 EW34

Firstly, there doesn't seem to be anywhere to put Country which I think is a pretty basic requirement?

Second, when I try to put Co Limerick in State, it will not allow me to save.

Please advise,

You need to use QBO Ireland version to do so.

Since you're from an Irish company, let's ensure you sign up for the QuickBooks Online Ireland version. Let me guide you on how:

Go to this link: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/choose-country/.
Under Europe, choose Ireland.
Select a plan, then hit Buy now to get a discount.
Enter your Email address, mobile number, and Password.
Tap One More Step.
Complete the billing info, then click Get started.
Follow the on-screen instructions.
