Currently, we have an ongoing issue about not being able to create an invoice using the QuickBooks Online application. With that, I suggest contacting our phone support agents so you'll be added as one of the affected users. Here's how:
- Log into your account on a web browser.
- Click the ? Help icon.
- Go to the Search tab.
- Click Contact Us.
- Select Ask about something else.
- You may type in Unable to create an invoice on the app.
- Click Continue.
- Select either Chat with us or Schedule appointment.
