Can't Use the App

I'm trying to use the app from my iPad and it won't let me. It keeps saying that the account has no access to the mobile app, except that I am able to use the mobile app from my phone. 

What is the issue?

To utilize the app on an iPad, let's first update your QuickBooks mobile app and iOS to the latest version so you can open and use QuickBooks Online (QBO) properly.

 

It's possible that you have an out-of-date version of QBO and iOS, preventing you from opening and using the QuickBooks app. It is necessary to update them in order to have access to new features and fixes.

 

1. To update the QuickBooks Mobile app:

 

  1. Open the App Store on your device, then tap your profile icon at the top of the screen.
  2. Find for the QuickBooks mobile app in the Available updates section.
  3. Select Update.

 

2. To update the latest version of iOS:

 

  1. Use iCloud or your PC to back up your device.
  2. Connect your gadget to a power source and to the internet through Wi-Fi.
  3. Go to Settings, General, then Software Update.
  4. Choose the one you wish to install if there are two accessible software update options.
  5. Tap the Install Now button or Download and Install option.
  6. Type your passcode and click Install Now.
