In order to receive a call, you'll need to initiate the "Call me Back" feature in the QuickBooks Online product. Below I've listed the steps for you, so you can be connected with a live agent before you know it.
1. Click the Help icon in the upper right of the screen.
2. Select Contact Us on the pop-up.
3. Enter your question in the How can we help? field and choose Continue.
4. Click Get a callback.
5. Enter your contact information.
6. Select Call me.
Once these steps are completed, you'll receive a phone call from a live agent.
