Cancel monthly charges for QuickBooks

To stop the monthly charges for QuickBooks, you will need to cancel your subscription.

Here’s what to do:  

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks account.
2. Click on the Gear icon.
3. Select Subscriptions and Billing.
4. Click Cancel.

After cancelling, you will have read-only access to your data for one year.

To retain access beyond this period, consider exporting your data before cancelling.

However, if you purchased your QuickBooks subscription through a mobile app store, you’ll need to cancel your account directly through the app store.
