Cancelling and then Adding a client to QBO Accountant Wholesale Billing
I am wanting to cancel an existing QBO account for one of my clients and then add them to my QBO Accountant wholesale billing so they can take advantage of the 50% discount. I plan to do this at the end of the year so as to keep the transition as easy as possible. I was wondering if anyone had done this and if they encountered any issues or if they had any tips on how to make this easy?

I asked customer service about this and they said that the only way to get them the discount was to cancel and restart. Have you actually done this and saw the discount for your client?

Their billing system is very rigid. Discount is not applicable when upgrading/downgrading the plan nor transfer it across the plan. You may utilize a migration tool if required.
