Hello,
We use QB Enterprise Solutions 19. I'm trying to understand where the data is coming from on the Cash Flow Projection report. This report is accessed by going to Company>Planning & Budgeting>Cash Flow Projector. This has the potential to be a very powerful tool. It allows you to customize ongoing payments like Notes payable, it allows you to project cash receipts in different ways, it shows AP by week - kind of. This is where my question comes in. Why does the AP section bring in Most of the AP invoices and not ALL?? I can tie out most of the AP items, the ones that are missing seem to be set up the same way on the Bill and in the Vendor in general. I can't find a smoking gun as to why ALL don't show up.
Has anybody run into this? if so, what is it?
Thank you
That would make sense. However, it's not the case. And... there will be bills that show up for a vendor, then for that same vendor some don't.
Could it have something to do with the terms for payment on a vendor? meaning, would "due upon receipt" work differntly than "net 30"?
I may be wrong, but I believe the cash flow projector only pulls in 'memorized' expenses. All other expenses have to be manually entered.
