We use QB Enterprise Solutions 19. I'm trying to understand where the data is coming from on the Cash Flow Projection report. This report is accessed by going to Company>Planning & Budgeting>Cash Flow Projector. This has the potential to be a very powerful tool. It allows you to customize ongoing payments like Notes payable, it allows you to project cash receipts in different ways, it shows AP by week - kind of. This is where my question comes in. Why does the AP section bring in Most of the AP invoices and not ALL?? I can tie out most of the AP items, the ones that are missing seem to be set up the same way on the Bill and in the Vendor in general. I can't find a smoking gun as to why ALL don't show up.
I believe the cash flow projector relys on the settings in 'vendor payment terms' and 'customer payment terms' to estimate the AR+AP payment date - if there is no payment term assigned then if may not compute.
