Change region

Thanks for posting, Yury.

The region that you select when signing up for QuickBooks Online will be your permanent region.  To select a new region, you'll want to cancel your existing QBO subscription and sign up for a new one.

You can check this link to know the available countries which QBO supports: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/choose-country/.

Please let me know if you need anything else. I'll be right here to help you.

Change region

I am moving my company from one region to another. Will I be able to migrate the data in QB when I resubscribe?

Welcome to our forums, @CyndyR,

I appreciate you joining the discussion. I can share some insights about migrating your data from one QuickBooks region to another.

While we're unable to transfer your QBO data to another region automatically, you may need to do it manually. Each version is tailored to fit your state or country's law s and regulations. To have the best edition for your business type and the new location, you can check out this link to know more about the available countries we support: Choose your country.

Once you signed up for the new account, you can now start transferring your data. Here are the steps to get started:

To export the data:

  1. On your QuickBooks account, go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select which data you'd like to export.
  3. Click on the Export to Excel button.

To import the data:

  1. Log in to the new account, then click on the Gear icon at the upper right.
  2. Under Tools, choose Import Data.
  3. Select the type of data that you'd like to import.
  4. Click Browse to select a file to be imported.
  5. Click on the Next button until finished.

That should get your work done, @CyndyR. Please let me know if you have any questions or need further help with the steps. I'd be more than happy to work with you again. Have a great day!
