Join nowchange title in an invoice. How do i change "tracking number" to "APN"?

On the invoice is "ship via" which is useless, but I can live with it. "Shipping date" which is ok. "Tracking number", which I would like to change "APN" (County Assessor's Parcel Number) If I lien the job, this is the piece of information I need more than the address.
