Join nowI am having issues printing checks from the 2024 version for Mac. It will not let me turn off the double sided print option so I can't print the checks.
Welcome to the Community, @tanya63080.
I can assist you with resolving an issue related to printing checks in QuickBooks Desktop for Mac 2024. The error message is displayed when attempting to print checks with two-sided duplex printing turned on.
Unfortunately, there is an ongoing investigation into this issue, when printing checks in QB Mac 2024 the error "printing checks is not allowed with two-sided duplex printing turned on" (INV-95003). However, the best course of action would be to contact our Customer Support Team and request to be added to the list of affected users. They will keep you informed of any updates and assist as needed.

The option is located in the print dialog. When you go to print a check the system print dialog appears. You may have to expand a "disclosure triangle" to see the options. The double sided option is offered by the printer driver - make sure it is turned off. QuickBooks has some printer options as well (under the QuickBooks section in this dialog) but double sided is controlled entirely by the printer driver and not QuickBooks.
If you don't see a double sided option then you should try updating your printer drivers to the latest version. I know I had to update my HP printer drivers after switching to Sonoma. I got them at the HP web site.
