I can help you with starting fresh in QuickBooks Desktop, @eaglehangars.

You can create a new company file to start fresh. Then, export your customers and chart of accounts from this old company file to the new one.

Please take note that not all lists and transaction types can be exported and imported to your company file. Check out this article for more information: Import and export data in QuickBooks Desktop.

Export your lists one at a time to prevent issues caused by exporting very long lists. Here's how:

1. Go to the QuickBooks File menu, hover to Utilities.
2. Select Export and then click on List to IIF Files. 
3. Choose the list you want to export and click OK.
4. Browse the location where you want to save your file and click Save.

Once done, you can now create a new company file.

1. Close your current QuickBooks Desktop account and then reopen it. 
2. In the No Company Open window, select Create a new company.
3. Follow the onscreen steps to finish the setup.

Here's more information on how to create a new company file and the two setup options available: Create a QuickBooks Desktop company file. 

On this new company file, make sure that you are logged in as the Administrator and you are in single-user mode to start importing the list that you've exported from the old company file. 

Here's how:

1. From the File menu, hover to Utilities.
2. Select Import and click IIF Files
3. Import the Chart of Accounts.
4. Follow the onscreen steps to finish importing the file.

If you are using QBD 2019 or later version, utilize the Condense Data utility to remove all transactions.

I have QUICKBOOKS DESKTOP PRO PLUS 2022.

I have created a new company file recently.

I transferred CHART OF ACCOUNTS and VENDOR LISTING using IIF files from company A to B.

Will transfer CUSTOMER LISTING in a breeze since I know how it works.

My question is - IS THERE A SIMPLE/SIMILAR WAY to transfer MEMORIZED TRANSACTION LIST just like I did import export of COA and VENDORS ?

The option to import/export the memorized transaction list isn't available. I understand how the workflow you're looking for is beneficial to your business.
