I need an email address to contact QuickBooks support regarding issues and bugs that require asynchronous work.

I don't think Intuit offers email support, so there isn't an email do use.

Thanks for visiting the Community. At the moment, the only way you can get in touch with our support team is by requesting a callback, start a chat, and posting here in the Community.

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company, then go to the Help (?) menu.
  2. Select Assistant to get a quick answers, then select a suggested option, or type a question or topic you need help with
  3. Click still Talk to a human, then select Contact Us and choose a way to connect with us:
  • Start a chat with a support expert.
  • Get a callback from the next available expert.
  • Ask the community to get help from businesses like yours.

Hi, what do you suggest as a form of asynchronous communication? I've found I don't have time to wait on the phone, and when I inevitably get pulled away, I lose my spot in line, and there's no way to follow up on the issue I tried to contact QBO about in the first place.

Know that you can reach out to our QuickBooks Customer Care through chat since talking on the phone doesn't work for you. You can also post your question here in the Community space, and we'll gladly help you resolve your query. I'll gladly input the steps below so you can proceed. To begin, here's how:

 

  1. Access your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. On the top right corner, click Help (?).
  3. Select either tab to get started:
  • Assistant: Get quick, personalized answers. Select a suggested option, or type a question or topic you need help with. If you decide you need further help, you can still Talk to a human.
  • Search: Search the QuickBooks Online knowledge base directly, or select Contact Us and choose a way to connect with us:

Register for receipt forwarding

 

 

Your receipt wasn’t received because it was sent from an email that’s not registered for receipt forwarding. 

Make sure you’re sending receipts from the email you used to create your QuickBooks account. To find out which email is registered, or to check if receipt forwarding is set up, sign in.

I received afew of these, how am i supposed to know which client the emails relate to?

I'll help you resolve this receipt forwarding concern, Dal.

 

We don't have a way to know which client the emails belong to immediately. But you can check each of those emails to figure this out. 

 

Don't worry, I know how to fix this going forward. Let's change the email address that your QuickBooks Online uses to send receipts. 

 

Go as follows: 

 

  1. Go to the Banking tab and select Receipts
  2. Select Forward from email.
  3. Hit Update, then enter your email address and click Confirm Change.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions. 

 

Once done, re-send the receipts, and the data will go to that customized email.
