Converting Estimate to Purchase Order

I used to be able to convert my estimates to purchase orders with the old layout. I cannot for the life of me figure out how to convert them in the new layout. Has anyone else been able to do this? Or is this feature no longer available with the new layout?

Converting Estimate to Purchase Order

Hi there, @KD85.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community. I'll be more than happy to guide you and share some insights.

The feature to convert estimates to purchase orders in the new layout is currently unavailable. If you still have the option to switch back to the old layout, you can select it for you to convert purchase orders.

Since you're unable to go back to the old layout, you might want to consider to manually creating purchase orders. I also recommend sending feedback about the new layout.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the new Estimate interface.
  2. Select feedback at the upper right corner.
  3. Enter your comments or suggestions.
  4. Then, select Submit a feedback.

For your future reference, you can check this article to customize estimates: Customize invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online.

If there's anything else that I could help you with, please don't hesitate to reach out. Have a good day!
