I'm glad to walk you through on how to attach a receipts to an invoice, TSG50.

Here's how to attach a document to a transaction:

  1. Open the invoice.
  2. From the bottom left, select Attachments.
  3. Browse and select the document you want to attach.
  4. Select Open, then Save and close.

To know the type of files supported, check out this link: Attachments in QuickBooks Online.

If you're using a mobile device, here's a video tutorial for your guidance: How to Attach Receipts Using Your Mobile Phone.
