- Go to the Gear icon and select Back up company.

- Tick the Action ▼ dropdown menu and select Run backup.

- Tick Run manual backup.
- Select a company to backup and tick Full.
- Click Back up, then OK to finish.

However, If you're using other versions, you can export your data from QBO. Otherwise, you'll want to look for alternative third-party apps that suit your business needs.
