Create invoice save and can't find it after .For several minutes

We can check your audit logs or invoices page to verify the sales form entry created, William. Let me guide you through the steps.

To start, please make sure that you’re logging in to the correct company file. If you've verified that you’re in the right account and are still missing the following transactions. Then, we can check your Audit Log report to see if someone made changes to your account. Here’s how:

  1. Go to Settings, and click Audit log.
  2. Choose All Transactions under the Events dropdown. Then, select the appropriate option from the User and Date filters.
  3. Locate the created invoice transaction and click on the View button.
  4. Under the Event column, you'll find all the information you need for the transaction.

In addition, if no changes are made, you can review the transaction from the invoices page and verify the entry created.

However, if the issue persists, I suggest performing troubleshooting steps to help fix stored cache files and ensure the program runs seamlessly without storing internet data. You can refer to these keyboard shortcuts to open one:

  • For Google Chrome browser: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • For Mozilla Firefox browser: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • For Safari browser: Command + Shift + N

If the transactions are visible, you may go back to your default browser, clear its cache, or use a different supported browser.

Additionally, you'll want to seek additional guidance from our QuickBooks Live Expert Assisted team to help you manage customer invoices and provide assistance in keeping track of your overall transactions.

Furthermore, I'll include this reference to help you review customer-paid invoices in your file: Record invoice payments in QuickBooks Online.

Managing customer invoices ensures accurate records of your account, William. Feel free to reply below for any additional queries. Keep safe.
