Custom fields no longer available in the app

Since the forced "update" to invoices has gone through, I no longer have access to custom fields in the phone app.  It has streamlined the invoice creation so much that it is a hinderance to my business.

 

I create most of my invoices out in the field and it is nearly impossible to try to use QB online through a phone browser.  The app used to be great but has now been rendered useless.

 

Additionally all of my products and services were organized by group and now are all thrown together alphabetically.

 

The so called forced upgrades are extremely frustrating. If I can no longer revert back to the old version there has to be a fix made to the new version.  I'm not quite sure how all of this could have been overlooked by the developers.

@CarLogic   RE: The app used to be great but has now been rendered useless.

 

That seems to be a well-put common theme here recently!  Invoices, reports, PO's, and so on seem to have all gone to sh*t.

 

But hey, based on the so very cherry responses from Intuit, soon you'll be happy again and love the new experiences!
