QuickBooks Premier 2021

Five Windows 10 computers

Three workstations on Wi-Fi

Only one of the workstations lags BAD when opening QB program or opening a company file.

I've run file doctor, tool hub stuff, turn off hosting on all workstation computers, new rules with port #'s, clean QB install, clean Windows OS install etc etc.

Here's what I notice: When I install QB, I am selecting Custom install option #1: using QB on this desktop. This option should install QB but not Database Server Manager. Well, actually it does but when you go to open it you get a message "QB DB ManG" cannot run until it has been setup on this computer....".

But, on this workstation desktop, it opens as if it's hosting
