You can restore that missing customized template from a restored backup. You’ll just have to copy the files to the appropriate directory and overwrite existing default templates.
Here’s how to do it:
- Look and find the folder Restored_(Your CompanyName)_Files.
- Copy QuickBooks Letters and Templates and restore to the appropriate location: C:\Users\Public\Public Documents\Intuit\QuickBooks\Company Files\QuickBooks Letter Templates.
