I'll help you set the invoice number, PelicanCondosPA.
QuickBooks automatically assigns numbers to your sales forms by default. You'll have the option to change the number sequence to meet your preferences.
To do this, let's turn on the Custom transaction numbers feature.
Here's how:
- Click the Gear icon.
- Select Account and Settings.
- Go to the Sales tab.
- Click the Pencil icon in the Sales form content row.
- Tick the Custom transaction numbers box.

- Click Save, then Done.
Once done, manually enter the invoice number. The sequence will continue since QuickBooks Online will remember the number.
