I'll help remove the Past Due section in your customer statements inside QuickBooks Online (QBO), @BandMom311.
To get rid of this section when viewing, printing, or downloading a customer statement, you'll want to disable the Show aging table at the bottom of the statement inside your company's Account and settings. I'll gladly write down the steps to get you going:
- Access your QuickBooks Online company.
- On the top right corner, click the Gear icon and select Account and settings.
- Select Sales and then click the Pencil icon in the Statement section.
- Toggle the Slider button beside Show aging table at bottom of statement. This will remove the Past due section below the customer statement.
- Click Save and then Done.
