Since the customer names are not appearing on invoices, I suggest checking the browser. Lets start by accessing your QBO account through a private or incognito browser window. Using a private window helps ensure that no cookies or cached data interfere, which can resolve issues caused by stored data.

If it works fine in the private window, please go back to your original browser and clear its cache to start fresh. Additionally, you can try using another supported browser.

When viewing/editing the invoice, does the customer's name appear in the address box? If not, then that's why it doesn't print.
The address box should include the full address, including the recipient's personal name and/or company name, not just the street/location part of the address, like this:
