Please know that customizing invoices to add columns for the different types of discounts after each product is currently unavailable in QuickBooks Desktop. Hence, I recommend sending feedback directly to our product development team. They might incorporate your ideas after weighing down their advantages in improving customer experience.
Here's how:
- Head to Help from the top menu.
- Choose Send Feedback Online, then click Product Suggestion.
- Enter your insights when the pop-up window appears.
- Select the Send Feedback button.
In the meantime, you can create a discount item to apply a discount for multiple items on invoices. To ensure the discount applies to the correct amount, add a subtotal item on the form right before the discount item.
