Buy now & saveMany of our customers still prefer to receive their invoices by postal mail. If the customer's business name and/or address is on the long side, the text wraps for the printed version which makes the address difficult to fit in a double window envelope. [Examples show a fictitious name -- but we do have customers with long business names similar in number of characters].
Bill - To Address Box in invoice creation phase
Above is an example of the invoice creation phase -- the name and street address fits in the box when creating an invoice. And the Zipcode+4 also fits.
Bill - To address box in pdf file ready to be printed. (This fictitious address takes 6 lines instead of 3)
But here is how that address looks when it is printed (screen shot from pdf file ready to be printed).
My questions:
Any other suggestions in how to adjust/customize this so that the printed invoices still look professional. (I was able to do this in Desktop have not figured out how to do this with QBO).
Thank you for your help.

We hear you on the challenge with longer addresses in the current layout. While the address box size is currently fixed in our design to keep things consistent for most users, we're always looking for ways to improve.

Thank you for your reply. I do understand that the design is mostly created for the users who send invoices and other sales options via email or text.
To summarize your answer to my questions:
While I understand that Quickbooks Online/Intuit desires more invoices to be sent by email/text and pay by credit card etc. -- this usually means more revenue for QB. Realistically, not all of QBO users have customers that desire to pay their invoices with credit card or ACH or to receive invoices electronically.
As for feedback -- I have done that and will continue.
