Dat retrieval advice for QB Mac

Hello--I emptied my trash which had my latest QB Mac backup for 2015. I need advice on retrieval of trash bin, and reputable retrieval company. Thank you--suzie

you can try something like Data Rescue. The key is to not use your computer - the more you use it the more likely the file will be unrecoverable.

Also - do you still have the file? Was this the only backup? Do you have iCloud on and do you have Desktop & Documents being synched to iCloud?

Unfortunately, I completely lost the back up. We are taking the hard drive to the doctor this week! This was not my business app, thank goodness. It was my family finance info. So that's one good thing! Thank you!
