Data loss at midnight

I just spent 15 minutes filling in a timesheet and once the clock struck midnight the screen refreshed and erased everything I just entered. Why doesn't it let you save data before refreshing the page?

Data loss at midnight

I have some information that I want to share, MzJAS.

Once the page refreshes, this shouldn't affect the timesheet or the data entered should still be showing on the page. To prevent this, you can save them every time you entered more information. This is to ensure there wouldn't be any glitches and you won't have to start from the beginning.

Additionally, learn how to export approved timesheet data to QuickBooks for your reference. I've added this article for your guide: Export QuickBooks Time Timesheet Data To QuickBooks Online.

Please touch base with us if you need further assistance with your timesheet. We'll always be right here to help.

Data loss at midnight

Thank you for your response. However, it does not retain the data...it deletes it.  I was just starting my entries for the week, so there was no prior data in the timesheet, it was a fresh start. This is the first time I've posted about this issue, but this has happened numerous times before. So it's either a glitch or a feature. It just so happened that I lost track of time and forgot to save every few entries, as I've started doing. Then once the data disappeared, I knew right away it was because a new day started.  THANKFULLY, I track my time on paper throughout the week then enter into the QuickBooks later, so I have the backup information!
