It’s also helpful to use a supported browser, such as Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Safari. Unsupported or outdated browsers may cause certain features to not load properly.

Here’s how you can reach out for support:
- Go to the (?) Help icon in the top-right corner of your QBO dashboard.
- Click Search, then enter a keyword related to your concern.
