Anyone have advice on converting from PCLaw (version 14.1) to QBO? I have never used PCLaw before and am currently trying to move data over from it to QBO. I have been able to export the G/L Accounts (COA), Vendors, and Clients (Customers) from PCLaw, which I can import after some reformatting. Now I need to export the actual transaction data:
Invoices
Received Payments
Deposits
Transfers
Bills
Bill Payments
Vendor Credits
Expenses
Checks
Journal Entries
Etc
Any idea how to export this data from PCLaw into CSV format?

Thanks for coming back for more support, @topmarksacct. I appreciate you for trying the steps provided by my colleague.
At this point, I'd recommend you contact the PCLaw support to guide you with the whole process. You'll also want to confirm with them if there are any options to convert or link with QBO.

Hi there, @topmarksacct.
Let me provide you some information about importing data from PCLaw into QuickBooks Online. Before you can import those transactions, you'll need to set up first the QBO link in your PCLaw settings.
Once the link is set up, you can now start importing the transactions. But before doing that, make sure to create a back up of both programs.
Here's how to import:
To make sure the QBO link will set up correctly and import the transaction successfully, I'd highly suggest contacting the PClaw support to guide you with the whole process.
You may check out this article below for your future reference. This link contains a lot of information on how you can manage your QBO account.

Thank you so much for the reply! I tried the steps you provided, but it looks like the link only works for the desktop version of QuickBooks. Am I missing something?

I was just told my PcLaw that QuickBooks Online no longer allows the sync. Is that accurate?
@topmarksacct I am going through the same issue with PCLaw and trying to convert a client to QuickBooks Online - link does not work and support is impossible to reach because they did not renew their annual maintenance plan. Wondering what you ended up doing with your client or if you got anywhere with PCLaw support?
Thanks for dropping by today, @topmarksacct.
I have some information about integrating PCLaw with QBO. While this app isn't available in the app center, you'll want to check for other 3rd-party applications that are compatible with QuickBooks Online.
You can check out through this link: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/app/apps/home/.
You can also find them in the App menu in your account.
Additionally, you can browse for specific topics here if you need help with other tasks in QBO.
Keep me posted if you still have questions or concerns with the program. I'll be around to help. Take care and have a great day ahead.
We visited PCLaw website and found nothing how to export data. If you are able to export all data out to XLS or CSV, you may have 2 options to convert it to QBO:
1. Utilize an importer tool
2. Purchase a 3rd party conversion service.
Thanks, that is the direction I am heading. I was just hoping someone found a better solution.
How i get data from old account to new account
Are you trolling here? You have been spamming with the same question.
Thank you for posting in this thread, ramdevbabaonline.
I'll give you an idea on how you can transfer your data from an old account to a new QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.
Some of your data from your old QBO account can be exported and imported into your new account. We are unable to transfer all data and transactions between accounts, however.

I'm adding these article for more information :
You can also utilize a third-party application to fully export and import your data in QBO. You can use this link a as a reference: QuickBooks Apps.
