Date format changes cannot be saved

Hello there, brendanil. Users must have efficient processes when using the program.

You should be able to change your date format in QuickBooks. Please ensure to click the Save button when updating the date format in your Account and Settings. Moreover, the system can occasionally behave strangely due to stored internet cache files. I suggest performing some basic troubleshooting steps to resolve your concern.

Begin by using an incognito window or private browser and perform the activity. Here are the following keyboard shortcuts:

  • Safari: Command + Shift + N
  • Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Sh

If this resolves the issue, return to your regular browser and clear your browsing history to start fresh. If not, you can use a different supported browser. The QuickBooks version you're now using may have a temporary malfunction.

Refer to this article if you need to update your QuickBooks credentials: Update or change your Intuit Account sign-in information.

I'll circle back to you promptly if you need assistance with your company preferences. You can notify me by adding a comment below. I'm looking forward to helping you achieve your goals.
